The five Cofoundy partners planting a small white flag on a hilltop at dawn

The Cofoundy manifesto

Every founder deserves a founding team.

Most companies don't die of a bad idea. They die because one person is carrying five jobs, and the one that matters, finding out what customers want, keeps getting pushed to the evening. We built Cofoundy so the solo founder isn't solo on day one.

  1. 01

    You are the founder. Always.

Partners propose; you decide. Nothing ships, sends or spends without your yes. The judgement stays where the equity is.

  2. 02

A team of specialists beats one generalist.

Product, growth, ops, finance, sales. Each partner owns a domain deeply, instead of one assistant doing all five badly and remembering none of it.

  3. 03

    Memory is the moat.

The company's decisions, customer calls and half-finished docs live in one shared memory. Nothing is explained twice. Context compounds instead of evaporating.

  4. 04

Founders should spend their hours on direction, not admin.

Every hour on invoices, follow-ups and vendor forms is an hour not spent with customers or on the product. Those hours are the company's scarcest resource.

  5. 05

Speed is how early companies learn.

A deck by morning. A launch post by lunch. Faster loops mean more shots at being right, and being right early is the whole game.

  6. 06

    Quiet by default.

Partners work in the background and brief once a day. Interrupting a founder is a cost, not a feature. When something can't wait, it says so; otherwise it waits.

  7. 07

    Partners, not tools.

Cofoundy isn't a chat window. It's a team with roles, memory and a working rhythm you can tune, that shows up tomorrow knowing what happened today.
